1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Territory Conquest (the "Game", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), including the website, game interface, guest accounts, virtual Tokens, and related services.

By accessing the Game (including as a guest), continuing to use the Service, or purchasing or using Tokens, you agree to these Terms and the documents incorporated into them, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older. You must not use the Service if you are under 13. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Service only where permitted by applicable law and with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian as required.

We do not provide an in-Game age-verification gate. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements that apply to you.

3. Account

The Game creates a guest account automatically in your browser when you visit. There is no password. Your account is tied to an identifier stored in local storage on that device. After a purchase, account recovery uses a reclaim code sent to the email you provide at checkout.

New guest accounts typically receive a starting balance of 100 Tokens.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information when purchasing Tokens
• keep your reclaim code and recovery email private
• not share, sell, or transfer your account or reclaim code
• promptly notify us of unauthorized access
• not create or use multiple accounts to circumvent limits, abuse promotions, or gain an unfair advantage
• not create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security. Anyone with your reclaim code can access your account — treat it like a password.

4. Display Names

You may set a display name shown publicly on territories you control and on the leaderboard.

• Names must use English letters, numbers, spaces, and limited punctuation (_ . - '), subject to length limits enforced by the Game
• Names must not contain profanity, hate speech, or other banned language
• Your first rename is free
• Later renames cost 100 Tokens each
• Renames (including the free first rename) are recorded in permanent Token transaction logs
• We may reject, change, or remove a display name that violates these Terms or Game Rules

5. The Game

Territory Conquest is a competitive online territory-control game. Players may claim unclaimed territories, conquer eligible territories controlled by other players, and upgrade territories they control.

Game mechanics may change over time for balancing, security, technical, legal, or product reasons.

6. Virtual Tokens

"Tokens" are virtual items used only within the Game.

Tokens:

• have no cash value outside the Service
• are not legal tender
• are not cryptocurrency
• cannot be withdrawn for cash
• cannot be redeemed for fiat currency
• cannot be exchanged for cryptocurrency
• cannot be sold or transferred outside the Service
• do not represent ownership of real property or any real-world territory

7. Token Packages and Prices

Prices, taxes, currency presentation, and available packages may vary by location or change prospectively.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, currently Dodo Payments.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card number where the payment provider handles that information directly.

A Token purchase is credited only after the payment is successfully confirmed through the payment provider's authorized payment flow or webhook. After a successful purchase, we email a reclaim code to the address you provided at checkout when email delivery is available.

9. Refunds

Tokens are digital goods delivered to your account when payment is confirmed. Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, purchases are generally non-refundable once Tokens have been credited.

We may consider a refund or corrective credit where:

• payment was taken but Tokens were not credited due to a technical error on our side
• a duplicate charge occurred for the same completed purchase
• applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to a remedy

Used Tokens, gameplay outcomes, lost reclaim codes that you failed to keep secure, or dissatisfaction with Game balance are not ordinarily grounds for a refund. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account suspension.

10. Territory Costs and Mechanics

• claiming an unclaimed Level 1 territory costs 100 Tokens
• upgrading a territory costs an amount based on the applicable territory level
• the standard cost is current level × 100 Tokens
• conquering an eligible opponent territory costs the applicable territory level × 100 Tokens
• a territory conquered from another player is immediately reset to Level 1
• a newly claimed or conquered territory is protected for 6 hours, during which other players cannot conquer it

The Game's live interface is the authoritative source for the currently applicable mechanics.

11. No Monetary Prizes

Unless a separate written promotion expressly states otherwise, the Game does not award cash or cash-equivalent prizes for territory ownership, leaderboard position, Tokens, or gameplay progress.

Tokens and territories are not redeemable for money or real-world property.

12. Fair Play

You must not:

• use bots, scripts, macros, automation, or unauthorized software
• exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
• manipulate API requests or client-side data to obtain an unauthorized advantage
• interfere with another user's account
• falsify payment information or payment confirmations
• reverse engineer or attack the Service
• use multiple accounts to circumvent limits or exploit promotions
• use the Service for fraud, abuse, money laundering, or other unlawful activity

13. Game Integrity and Corrections

We may investigate suspected cheating, fraud, payment abuse, technical manipulation, or other violations.

We keep permanent audit logs of Token spends (claims, conquests, upgrades, and renames) and conquest history to operate the Game, verify balances and rename eligibility, investigate disputes, and preserve Game integrity. These logs are not deleted in the ordinary course of business.

Where reasonably necessary to preserve Game integrity, we may correct an erroneous Token balance, reverse an unauthorized transaction, reset a territory affected by an exploit, suspend an account, or take another proportionate action.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of:

• a material violation of these Terms
• fraud or payment abuse
• cheating or exploitation
• security threats
• unlawful conduct
• technical or operational reasons requiring account suspension

15. Service Availability

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, security incidents, hosting failures, payment-provider failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Game will remain unchanged.

16. Bugs and Errors

The Game may contain bugs or errors.

If a technical error causes an incorrect paid Token credit or deduction, we may correct the affected balance after reviewing the transaction and technical records.

Users must not knowingly exploit a material bug for personal advantage.

17. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, maps, interface, game mechanics, and other content supplied by us, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal gameplay in accordance with these Terms.

By setting a display name, you grant us a non-exclusive license to show that name in the Game (including on the map and leaderboard) as needed to operate the Service.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, permanently available, or unchanged.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the Service.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice using a reasonable method.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Petah Tikva, Israel.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement governing your use of the Service, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
